A wonderful variety of incredibly talented young adults performed to an enthusiastically packed audience in Holy Family Church on Saturday evening to celebrate the Pope's visit.

The concert was organised by our own local young lady, Rebecca Ryan, who had created this quality evening performance of music and song. All the performers came from the Slough and Windsor areas and some from our own parish.

Our photographer, Lauren Manning captured the mood of the evening with these excellent photographs.
However, it was technically impossible to photograph all of the artists due
to church layout restrictions.
If you performed on the night and are not featured please e-mail us a previous photo of yourself that we can add to this page.

Kingdom of God: a world where –
* the rights and dignity of every person are respected
* all have access to basic needs in life
* women and men share equally in shaping their societies and our world
* the gifts of creation are nurtured and shared by all for the common good and
* the structures that shape people’s lives are just and enable peace.

Tonight’s performance was a great fund raiser and on behalf of Holy Family and CAFOD we thank very sincerely Rebecca Ryan and her talented team for staging such a lovely musically satisfying evening. As one happy lady said: “ I hope that this will be the first of many.”
Many thanks to Lauren Manning for her photography – inside and out.  Have a look at this magic sunset she captured from the Holy Family car park that same evening.
